Daily tasks and ongoing responsibilities include a vast array of duties to support the team and clients.
Financial services or investment experience and licenses are not required but preferred.
We are seeking a long-term and committed individual to fulfill the Paraplanner role as described below.
A list of responsibilities, but not all inclusive:
Requesting information needed from clients in advance of meetings.
Complete paperwork for clients and administration.
Aid in client meeting preparation by gathering review materials and updating financial reports and utilizing CRM software.
Processing money movement transactions.
Providing support to Financial Advisors in post-meeting follow-up.
Reviewing and updating spreadsheets and tracking material.
New business processing.
Receive incoming client service calls.
After call documentation of interactions and requests.
Monitoring alerts on existing policies and procedures to maintain client objectives.
Research and resolve accounts issues and client questions.
Collaborate with team members to complete tasks and solve problems.
Maintain files.
Ad Hoc projects.
